HO0018 – Team Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Team Manager to join our team in Home Care. Within this post you will be held accountable for the responsibilities associated with it e.g. development , support, delivery and evaluation of the Care & Support @ Home Service including the responsibilities involved in the day to day job of a team manager, processes such as discipline and grievance etc. You will also have some service wide involvement and responsibilities in relation to project work e.g. implementation of new Medication Policy and Procedures, New Working Patterns for Care Staff and IT systems. You would also require being a Registered Manager for the service with the Care Inspectorate. The post is involved in developing the Locality working that we are moving forward with and whilst initially will be based in our Carronbank Office in Denny the final location of the work is likely to be based in our identified Central Locality of Falkirk in the future.
