Temporary contract for a period of approximately 8 months. Ensure information on our database is accurate and up-to-date. Similarly, the Skills Development Scotland’s Funding Information & Processing System • Create & close trainee/ learner records, which include sensitive personal information, and keep the Destruction Schedule up to date. • Maintain trainee records and filing systems for all documentation required for the government funded (SDS) contract The Individual Applications are invited which meet the essential requirements of the post, particulary the following: – Qualifications at Higher Level in subjects such as English or Business Administration or possession of SVQ3 in Business Administration. (SCQF 6) – A minimum of 2 years in a busy office environment. – Good IT Skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Access, Excel. – Ability to work effectively whilst constantly being interrupted
