Are you a kind and friendly person who has good values and wants to work with people and support them to lead an active, enjoyable and independent life. We currently have 10 individuals living here at the service who really like to be out and about, socialising, meeting new people and enjoying activities of their choice such as swimming, bowling, trampolining and bike rides. Some individuals like to attend a local college. The individuals need to be supported with behaviours that others may find challenging so you would need to be positive, patient and resilient with a genuine passion to support them to face day to day challenges. Experience is preferred but not essential as you will be given all the training you require. As well as a rewarding role we offer great rates of pay and a personalised career path which can see you progress to a Senior Support Worker starting on £9.00 per hour.
