You will provide a reception and secretarial service to the Public Dental Service. This will involve use of computerised clinic management system to: Maintain appointments diaries, produce correspondence, referral letters, accounts and reconcile petty cash float and take payments from patients. You will be responsible for arranging all appointments (including recalls) and collect and distribute incoming mail and make appropriate arrangements to deal with outgoing post. You will respond to all general enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner and you will be responsible for ensuring the authenticity of patients prior to access of clinics. You must have good computer knowledge especially with Microsoft Office. You should have relevant office/administration experience especially within Medical/Dental Reception duties.
