Salary ¬£39746 – ¬£44783 per annum pro rata Permanent part time position 17.5 hours per week (3 days) Days of work to be agreed with successful candidate To start asap A permanent and part-time management opportunity has arisen within the East Lothian Health & Social Care Partnership to manage a team and various planning & performance functions within the Planning & Performance service of the H&SCP. This management post will work across the two services within the Partnership which are Older Adults & Access and the Adults Service. The post will be responsible for providing a robust response service to the needs of the Partnership which will involve projects linked to strategic development, service redesign, change and transformation programmes, commissioning and service reviews. Experience of managing people and operating within health and social care settings is essential. Job Details In conjunction with the group Service Manager contribute to the design and implementation of a range of measures to manage service performance and improvement including effective delivery and re-design. Job Requirements Relevant Qualifications Post Graduate qualification at diploma / degree level in health / social care/ social science related subject including a Recognised management qualification, e.g. MBA or MSc Diploma or evidence of equivalent senior management experience and skills.
