Office Manager A unique and varied role has become available for an Office Manager to work for a consultancy and design company based in York. This is a pivotal role within the organisation that involves the operational management of a small but busy office as well as providing administrative and project support to the MD and team of Designers and Project Consultants. Your day will involve: Office and facilities management Preparing reports and proof reading Basic financial duties including running cash flow reports, bank reconciliation, invoicing and timesheets Managing the purchase order and procurement processes Supporting the MD when required including some diary management, planning and organising internal & external meetings and booking occasional travel for the team Maintaining tender website subscriptions/searches and identifying tender opportunities Keeping company contacts database and contractors/suppliers up to date Providing general support for proposals including letters, covers, labels, PDF’s etc. Managing ISO processes in relation to outgoing proposals and documents This company offers an inspiring service to their clients and the role involves working with a market leading team who are all passionate and high end experts within their specialised field.
