A varied temporary booking has become available for an Office Administrator working for an organisation that invests its time and efforts into consultancy and design projects around the UK and overseas. Daily responsibilities will include: Inputting invoices Filing paperwork accordingly Inputting data into relevant paperwork Creating letters from existing template documents Answer the phone and greeting clients Email management for the office Monitoring websites for suitable tenders and flagging up The ideal candidate will have good IT and administration experience and be available until a new permanent member of staff is recruited (approx. 2 months). We are looking for candidates with excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook specifically). You will be supporting a team and Director working continuously to project deadlines so we are looking for an upbeat personality who can work within a team and at the same time, feel comfortable working independently. Central York based £9-10/hr start ASAP
