Requirements Organisation and supervision of food service provision of food (including special dietary requirements as instructed, portion control as well as food preparation and cooking), adherence to budgetary targets, Supervision of other employees (including allocation of duties, work rotas and training), operation of IT systems, i.e. cashless purchase system, using email running reports etc, supervision of control of hygiene & health and safety, security of the kitchen and its surrounds, ensuring equipment is maintained, clerical duties (for example, ordering of supplies, sales & purchase reconciliation, stock taking) You must be educated to City & Guilds 706 1 or 2 or equivalent and hold a valid Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain PVG Scheme Membership through Disclosure Scotland.
