Job Description Working pattern will be discussed and agreed upon appointment. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide a Care Inspectorate Registered Housing Support Service to vulnerable clients who may be homeless or threatened with homelessness. The post holder will be responsible for carrying out assessments of housing support needs; developing, implementing and reviewing support plans, working in partnership with other agencies where appropriate. The post holder will be proactive in the prevention of homelessness. Requirements This post is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council.
