About the Role Liverpool City Council wish to recruit General Practice Surveyors (fixed term) to undertake a range of duties to ensure the timely and efficient provision of estate management within the Property Asset Management Service function. The role involves the provision of professional valuation and estate management functions in accordance with statutory and council guidelines and to assist in the development and implement of the Authority’s Asset Management Plan and Capital Strategy, including the collation and analysis of property performance data. This opportunity is fixed term for 12 months.
