Summary of the role Support the delivery of the online marketing strategy for CASCO Pet Plan and executive digital (including email) marketing campaigns Maintain and update content for the group’s website(s) Undertake copy-writing for CASCO Pet Promote and engage CASCO Pet group on social media channels Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver CASCO Pet Marketing and communications strategies Responsibilities include Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns Undertake day to day management of the social media strategy Manage and maintain the group’s website(s) Branding and development of collateral materials Write and optimise content for the website(s) and social networking accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Compile, source, produce and edit the company newsletter and other corporate communication Ensure brand consistency of design across the full range of online and offline media Creating video content, filming, editing & photography Create on brand presentations andmanage PR where necessary Create a quarterly report of all CASCO Pet, PR and advertising coverage Analytics: Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports Use of Google Analytics – tracking & reporting on goals Attain key performance indicators such as reducing website bounce rate, optimising open rates of email campaigns and improving conversion. Use of Google AdWords, and SEO Implement new analytics dashboard where required Skills Range Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role – minimum 2 years Strong copy writing skills Experience of using CMS (CS Cart) and/or Basic HTML coding ability Educated to a degree level or Certificate in digital marketing and social media, e.g. Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) or equivalent would be ideal Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint Ability to priorities work load and multi-task Able to use initiative and to work in an organised fashion, often under pressure. Good problem-solving skills, ‘Can do’ , ‘working together mindset’ and positive attitude Team working skills, confident, exceptional attention to detail, discrete, trustworthy and reliable Aware of the latest design and advertising trends Ability to speak French or German would be an advantage Skilled in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and or Premier Pro would be a definite advantage Package Full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Salary offered between £23,000 – £25,000 / year, depending on experience 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holiday Company bonus subject to achieving annual target Auto-Enrolment Pension Wellness Health scheme Free Parking 1-hour lunch break paid
