Job Title: Customer Administrator – Schools Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £19,000- £23,800 Location: Cambridge What it’s about We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent accuracy and communication skills to join our dynamic team. The Customer Registration and Administration team is responsible for processing school applications and ensuring that the schools continuously meet a high standard of Cambridge requirements. As a Customer Administrator – Schools, you will be first point of contact for schools wishing to join Cambridge International or adopt new qualifications. You will be responsible for inputting school information into our database and supporting our customers, consultants and overseas colleagues throughout the processes. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about giving all our global colleagues and customers an outstanding level of service. Full training will be provided. What you’ll be doing Book travel and accommodation for consultants carrying out global school visits ensuring most cost effective methods are used. Liaising with schools and colleagues based around the world in order to provide high quality customer service within agreed timescales. Create and issue contracts and supporting customer documents and ensure they are stored as per procedural requirements. Carry out financial activities with accuracy such as raising & cancelling invoices, and invoice disputes. Ensure responses to enquiries from customers and colleagues (verbal & written) are clearly and effectively delivered. To deliver comprehensive advice in connection to all registration and administration areas and ensuring all information is logged. Escalation of any queries, concerns and complaints to the Assistant Manager. What we’re looking for Qualifications Minimum 3 A Levels or equivalent professional experience. IT literate – proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook & Excel) Skills Ability to manage workload in pressured situations. Ability to learn new skills and processes easily and quickly with accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to embrace regular changes in working practice. Organisational skills – able to prioritise and manage time and work effectively, and to work to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment. Capable of managing highly complex knowledge; open and receptive to learning and development; driven to improve own performance. Problem Solving – can use initiative to get to the root cause of a problem and implement effective resolution.
