About the Role Liverpool City Council wish to recruit a Contracts Manager based in Highways & Transportation. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader with developing, planning and managing the delivery of City wide strategic highway maintenance and footway structural repair programmes, ensuring that they are delivered on time, at the required quality, and to budget. The role involves assisting the Team Leader by working closely with the Asset Management Team, to formally agree the rolling programme of carriageway and footway schemes, The successful applicant will lead staff to deliver a programme of works through inception, feasibility (scoping surveys), design, construction, post construction and scheme close down.
