The job The role of the Communications Delivery Manager is to manage the execution of all direct customer communications, with a key focus on automation and optimisation. Direct customer communications extend across Email, SMS, Push, Programmatic and Social. The role will be responsible for delivering on plans set out by the Planning team ensuring that our customers are delivered the right message through the right channel at the right time in order to maximise revenue and improve customer experience. The Senior Communications Planning Manager will manage the delivery of direct customer communications via automated customer journeys in both the business and leisure markets stretching across pre stay, in stay, post stay and re-booking. This role will work hand in hand with the Senior Communications Planning Manager to deliver the strategic and financial goals of ACE. Notably it will identify the manage flight control of our messages across all channels and identify opportunities to automate the journeys where appropriate. This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to turn plans into action and a keen eye for detail. You are… A strong people manager with experience in a similar role Commercially focused, with good multichannel experience with an understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technology Passionate about digital with Adobe campaign experience and strong Excel skills An excellent communicator with serious attention to details and brilliant data analysis skills Looking for your next role after gaining demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns involving relevant channels (email, SMS, Push, Programmatic, Social) Experienced in journey building and marketing automation with and understanding of DSP’s, DMP’s and social advertising Experienced in Customer Journey Automation We are Premier Inn We’re the UK’s largest hotel chain with over 750 sites the length and breadth of the country.
