Job Advert The Clerical Assistant post at Kilbowie is a key support position in the management and organisation of our operation. We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy office environment, happy working as part of a team, but can work independently and prioritise their work. The successful candidate should have, English and Arithmetic Standard Grade/National 4/5 (or equivalent), competent keyboard and word processing skills, with experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel applications, and preferably hold an ECDL or equivalent. The post holder must be flexible as duties include, typing, data input, filing, note taking, telephony, mail and cash handling. The successful candidate will also be someone who can liaise with visiting school staff, suppliers and contractors and handle general public enquiries. Previous experience of working within a local authority, or large organisation setting, use of electronic finance/personnel systems, and working with confidential information would be useful.
