Business Development Manager

Becoming a Business Development Manager with Capita Resourcing Location, home based, national travel, including London 1-2 days/week. Highly competitive salary and high OTE Capita Resourcing are going through a period of significant growth and are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager specialising in Enterprise markets. You will work within a wider team of sales professionals, selling Capita services to new clients and expanding current business relationships. You will be responsible for new client development, creating and expanding relationships to sell the full suite of outsourced recruitment services including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and contingent worker managed services (MSP) to target clients while identifying additional opportunities for other Product lines and services within the division. Reporting to the Sales Director, we are seeking professional business development professionals with a background in Solution based sales within RPO and MSP. To be successful, it is essential that you are an experienced sales professional with the drive and ambition to grow business within new markets. Ideally with a deep understanding of the recruitment sector and different methods of delivery, experience of MSP and RPO sales within the enterprise market is essential, though specific experience in one particular market is acceptable as training, coaching and development will be provided. Your experience will include: Solution based sales experience within an RPO/MSP environment Organised, with high attention to detail. Self-motivated, high achiever, passionate about sales and recruitment. Ability to work remotely and achieve outcomes. Ability to work in a team environment, networking internally and externally.
