Billings Administrator/Assistant

Our client who is a leading international freight company are looking to recruit an experienced Billings Administrator to join their Billings Team, Working as a Billing Administrator or Billings assistant, you will be responsible for billing of the primary accounts You will be E-Billing for numerous accounts using multiple currencies Submitting electronic bills via online portals Working on invoices with multiple currencies, taxes and duties from multiple countries Performing reverse invoices when required and credit notes Entering and allocation of supplier invoices into internal You will identify, review cost variances against tariffs and estimates Dealing with high volumes of invoices on a daily basis and working on month end Checking supplier statements to ensure all invoices have been received and are being processed. Liaising with internal departments to resolve any invoice queries such as credit control and accounts Ideally candidates will have at least 2 years in a Billings role from within the freight, cargo or logistics industry. Strong Excel skills are needed as well as being accurate with attention to detail Experience of various multicurrency High volume invoice processing Team player Clear communication skills – both written and spoken.
