Job description The Account Manager is focused on generating new revenue from existing customers, while maintaining revenue from a portfolio of clients. You will be taking responsibility for your clients and your aim is to build relationships and grow revenues from this specific set of clients. – Effectively build, manage and close a sales pipeline of qualified prospective customers for products and services – Demonstrate our clients products to prospective customers in a way that is focused on their stated business objectives – Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention – Regularly contact decision makers and key end users to ensure satisfaction with our clients products and services and to build, manage, and close a sales pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities – Ask questions to understand prospect requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes – Answer detailed questions about a product, our content, or the company Key skills required – Ideally you’ll have proven sales experience working within recruitment / media / telesales or any B2B (business to business) industries. – Strong and consistent performance at meeting or exceeding sales objectives or quotas – Proven ability to learn quickly about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Salary and Benefits £19k – £25k plus £35k Uncap OTE and great benefits like 37 days A/L.
