Job Details We currently have 2 posts available 1 full time 36 hours and 1 part time 18 hours. £22,233 per annum for 36 hours per week or £11,116.50 for 18 hours per week. Both roles are based at Cheyne Walk in Horley. You must be prepared to work some unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep in’s. For the this post you won’t necessarily need experience of children’s residential work, but will need to demonstrate experience of working with and have an understanding of some of the complex issues many children and young people in care may have. You will need to have empathy and resilience, whilst also being enthusiastic, reliable and flexible in your approach and attitude to work. We are committed to on-going professional development and offer a wide range of training courses that will support you to learn and develop skills throughout your employment. In addition we will provide the opportunity for you to complete your level 3 NVQ if you do not already have this. There is a requirement for this to be completed within 2 years of your start date in role with us.
