The clients Pharmaceutical & Medical Device division is the preferred supplier for many Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical / Biotechnology & Medical Device companies in the UK, Belgium, Switzerland and The Nordics. Specializing in recruiting for the following areas: Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Medical Engineering, Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs / Medical Information, Clinical research / Development, Product Development, Global remediation projects. With some exciting international expansion plans on the horizon, my client is looking for a senior / lead recruitment consultant with experience of working in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry to come on board and help us expand the business. This position comes with international travel and exciting opportunities to develop your leadership skills within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience recruiting within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device market and be used to working towards targets. Experience of recruiting for different roles across a plethora of skills and experience, with delivery focussed recruitment experience or 360 recruitment background. An international language would be advantageous. Fluent in any of the following languages; German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian would be a distinct advantage.
